I have had my soymilk maker for a couple of weeks and it really is wonderful! It is easy to use, clean up is a piece of cake and I absolutely love the way the soymilk taste. The flavor of soymilk I got from my first batch really has me excited to try more. I can't wait to experiment with all of the different recipes in the book that came with my machine. I am so happy that I can finally make milk that has no additives. 100% pure milk!

I would also like to point out that the milk tastes great right to the last drop. I actually drink if before it even has a chance to go bad. The milk I used to buy from the store would go bad before the expiry date and there is nothing more frustrating and awful tasting than sour soymilk (my stomach turns just thinking about it). This has really solved that problem for me. If I had known that great tasting soymilk was this easy to make, I would have jumped on the SoyQuick bandwagon a long time ago.

All I can say is . . . I love it and highly recommend it! If there was a Siskel and Ebert of soymilk makers they would give this machine two thumbs up!

I cannot review or rate this product as I am unable to tell if it is effective or not. I take this at the suggestion of a physician whose opinion I respect, but he doesn’t really know if it is effective or not, either.

I was looking for emulsifier when I encountered a few website suggesting lecithin. Then I realized it is a much healthy suppliment to kids' and adults' nutrition. Have been putting it into everything I bake, can't taste any difference if I keep the addition within couple of tablespoons.

Wish there's a smaller package, or local grocery carried it.

Wish there's this powdered form to act as cake emulsifier, which provides better distribution of oil among flour, and makes cakes tender without excess amount of fat.

Overall, it is a good product and serves for healthy cooking.

I agree with another reviewer in that the price for this product can’t be beat. The company also shipped quickly to my address. Recommend all Swanson vitamins and supplements for your healthcare needs.

Lecithin as a supplement promotes lower cholesterol and is therfore good for your heart. Fish oil and flaxseed oil also have similar effects.

Order was promptly acknowledged and followed by series of emails like these: Your order has left receiving on the fifth floor on its way to shipping in the basement; Your order has left the fourth floor on its way to shipping; Your order has reached the third floor on its way to shipping. Suddenly the emails stopped. Silence for days.
I attempted to reach the company by email, but their special mechanism to do so does not indicate whether you succeeded or not. I repeated this several times with minor tweaks. Suddenly, after about 2 weeks the product was delivered. Apparently my first distress call had worked but was not acknowledged. Product is fine and the price is reasonable. War and tear on my nerves accounts for the missing two stars.

This product has a very good unit price per dose. Taking one tablet in the morning and one in the evening helps to keep the soy in your system. The only negative is that each of the tablets are larger than any other soy tablet that I have seen and you have to take two of these large tablets to equal one smaller tables of the other brands.

These tablets contain 31 mg Isoflavones each, not 1000 mg each. A glass of soy milk contains more isoflavones than two of these “1000 mg” tablets. Judging by the size of these tablets (huge), the stated content undoubtedly includes the filler, not the active ingredient which is a miniscule portion of these tablets. These would never pass FDA labeling requirements.
